Processing times

Each print is prepared to the selected presentation. Estimated processing times before dispatch are:

• Unframed prints: up to 5 business days.
• Framed prints: up to 20 calendar days.
• Framed and signed prints: up to 30 calendar days.
• Limited-edition works, where applicable: up to 40 calendar days.

During August, seasonal delays may extend processing to as much as 30 calendar days. Where a longer stated limited-edition processing time applies, that timeframe remains applicable.

Delivery

Orders are shipped by postal or courier service to the delivery address provided at checkout. Delivery time follows processing and depends on the destination and carrier service.

DHL may classify some destinations as remote areas and apply a remote-area surcharge. If this applies to an order, the surcharge will be communicated and handled with the customer as part of the shipping arrangements.

Customs and import charges

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or related charges may apply. Where applicable, these charges are borne by the customer.
